The 2026 Sportsbet.io Champion of Champions is taking shape, with a host of snooker stars already securing their places in the prestigious 16-player field for the tournament, taking place from November 9–15 at the Mattioli Arena in Leicester and broadcast live on ITV in the UK, alongside leading international broadcasters worldwide.

All eyes will now turn to the Shenzhen Open and Northern Ireland Open, where the final places in the 16-player field will be decided.
Reigning champion Mark Selby will return to defend his title, alongside World Champion Wu Yize and Zhao Xintong, who were among the first players to secure their places at this year’s event.
The 16-player field is made up of winners from some of the biggest tournaments across the 2025/26 season, with the remaining places to be determined through the final qualification events.
The winners of the Shenzhen Open and Northern Ireland Open will secure their places at the 2026 Sportsbet.io Champion of Champions. Should either event be won by a player who has already qualified, the available place will pass to the World Seniors Champion, Ronnie O’Sullivan, or, if applicable, the highest-ranked player on the WST rankings who has not already qualified.
